If you are successful in your bid on auction day there are a few things that will be required from you. But don’t worry our Real Auction team are always here to help and guide you. On the day you will be required to provide proof of ID and address. You will then be required to pay a deposit on the day, so it is recommended that you have these funds ready to go in preparation for the big day. Our team will then formally confirm your purchase and the full transfer on funds should be made within 28 days.
