You can of course bid at our live auctions that takes place throughout the UK. However, you may also bid through our online auction facility. Bidding at auction can be daunting, particularly if it is your first time, but our online platform makes the process simple. Here is how it works:
- Sign up by creating an account via our website.
- Choose a property that you are interested in from our database.
- Make your bids on auction day. Have a strategy in mind, make offers strategically and set yourself a maximum bid. It is also possible to enter your bid before auction day.
In order to bid in person, you simply need to listen for lots that you want to bid on and raise your hand to the auctioneer to place bids. If you do not feel comfortable bidding yourself you can also choose for somebody else to bid on your behalf.
